Health Plans
At Frame & Swift we are all fully committed to proactive rather than simply reactive veterinary care.
Our Pet Health Plans are designed to promote optimal preventative health care for our cat and dog patients whilst spreading costs and saving money through a simple monthly payment scheme.
Once you have joined our Pet Health Plans you no longer need worry about incurring a veterinary bill each time you visit for preventive care and you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you are doing the best for your pet.
*Please note that the unlimited consultations cover the consultation fee itself only. Any medications, treatments, diagnostic tests, procedures, or other services that may be required during a consultation are not included and would be charged separately in the usual way.
What does it cost?
For an additional monthly fee of £1.50, your pet’s parasite treatment can be delivered quarterly, direct to your home address for added convenience.
For dogs, monthly worming, as protection against Lungworm is also offered at a small additional monthly fee. If you would like to include this increased worm protection on your pet’s plan or if you would like to discuss lungworm and your dog, then please contact the surgery.

If you would like to increase to monthly worming for protection against Lungworm, please contact the practice after your registration so that they can adjust as necessary
In order for us to dispense flea and worming treatment, it is necessary for a veterinary surgeon to have seen the animal before prescribing. If we have not seen the registered pet within the previous six months, we will contact you to arrange a free of charge consultation to comply with legislation. Should we have to deal with any medical issue beyond the preventative healthcare, we reserve the right to charge a consultation fee.
The plan is available for puppies and kittens. Please sign your kitten up to the ‘cat plan’ or your puppy up to their expected adult weight dog plan – i.e. if you have a medium breed puppy, expected to reach 10-20kg as an adult, sign them up to a ‘medium dog plan’. This can be adjusted if your puppy does not grow as expected.
*Non-Delivery Plans
Your first monthly payment will be taken immediately on registration. This will be followed by 11 monthly instalments collected by Direct Debit.
*Delivery Plans (VetsDeliver)
We will collect your first payment after we have input the details of your home delivery plan. This will be followed by 11 monthly instalments collected by Direct Debit.
Your pet needs to be at least six months old or have a stable weight for the delivery option. Please sign up for Non-Delivery until weight is stable and then we can transfer you on to a VetsDeliver plan.
By signing up to the Pet Health Plan, I understand and agree that:

It is my responsibility to add vets@frameswiftandpartners.co.uk to my safesenders list to ensure that reminders are received and are not redirected to junk mail
Whilst we make every effort to send out reminders for vaccination and other preventative health care, the responsibility to keep them up to date remains with the owner.
If I cancel at any time other than on an anniversary of joining the plan, I will be required to pay the practice either the outstanding amount for treatment received, or the monthly payments due until the anniversary of the plan, whichever is lower
