The practice is open from 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 1pm on Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

Small animal surgery times are 8.50-10am, 2-3pm and 4.30-6.20pm.
Consultations are by appointment, although if you have an emergency we will always see your pet as soon as possible.

We try to see all small animal patients at the surgery as we feel having all our facilities to hand enables us to provide the highest standard of care. In some circumstances, patients need a house visit. If this is the case we will try as far as possible to accommodate.

Equine patients can be seen either at your premises or at the practice. For some procedures we strongly advise that they are brought here, usually for the safety of your horse and sometimes so that we can use equipment that is not portable.

If you need a vet outside of normal opening hours please ring the usual practice number (01768 862454). There is always a real person to answer your call (no recorded messages!). They will either send a vet directly out or ask one to ring you straight back.
